Planning to become a nurse aide in Indiana? There are many private schools in Crown Point, Indiana offering you nurse aide training classes. One of such private school engaged in providing CNA training courses as well as qualified medication aide classes is Med Ed Incorporated. These CNA classes are of three (3) weeks duration and are conducted in Northwestern Indiana. At present the school is accepting student enrollments for the fall and summer classes in the La Porte and Chesterton areas. The Med Ed nurse aide program in Indiana is state approved and allows graduates to challenge the CNA certification exam.

The eligibility criteria to get enrolled in this nurse aide training program at Med Ed are: student must cover the entire tuition fee, undergo an obligatory physical examination and must show proof of a negative tuberculosis test result. However having a high school diploma or GED is not mandatory. Wondering about the cost of CNA training class offered by Med Ed? The tuition cost is approximately $800 which is exclusive of the costs towards needed supplies, textbooks or uniforms and must be covered by the nurse aide trainee not beyond the first day of the class.

Students who are sponsored to complete a CNA course are also allowed to enroll in the program on the demonstration of proof of a referral or caseworker authorization.
