In the state of Kentucky, nurse assistant are often known as State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA). The state of Kentucky also approves online training programs offered by these schools. Distance learning programs are helpful to these individuals, who have busy time schedules or working in some organization and can not spare enough time to attend campus based training programs. Red Cross Chapter in Kentucky also offers such online training programs.


As CNA is the stepping stone for the further career enhancement, many nursing schools require CNA Certification from accredited Kentucky schools or documents proof of the completion of 75 hours training programs from these schools to get enrolled in nursing classes.
